About Canopi Homes
canopi homes™ is a townhouse design and development business founded in 2008 by Andrew Evans and Cameron Alderson. Our core objective is to create high quality homes that are relatively affordable for any given location.
To achieve this we have designed a range of compact highly specified homes. With functional layouts in place, specialist interior designers and architects are partnered in a continual search for improvement.The model is then complimented through repeat delivery and strong relationships with volume builders. Economies of scale combined with well understood product result in a great value living experience for canopi homes™ customers.
Today canopi homes™ has completed over 200 homes across six projects providing over 500 residents a relatively affordable family home in an established neighbourhood.
